WINTER PARK. This institution is an ideal destination for people who appreciate works created by Louis Comfort Tiffany. The museum, named for its founder's grandfather, is home to the most comprehensive collection of works by the late designer. You'll encounter lamps, art glass, jewelry, pottery, and much more.

LOCH HAVEN PARK. Found in a modern building, the museum is home to various works from American, ancient American and African American styles. The exhibits include such mediums as pottery, gem work, paintings, and sketches. The center includes a hands-on exhibit for the younger crowd. Tours for groups by appointment. Museum is accredited by the American Association of Museums.

LOCH HAVEN PARK. The building alone is a sight to behold with its mammoth sun-filled galleries. Home to a grand display of human anatomy. The giant oral display would tickle more than an Ear, Nose and Throat doctor. Other hands-on displays appeal to all ages.

This Lakeland museum has excellent permanent collections of modern, contemporary, Asian, European and American decorative, pre-Columbian and African art. In addition, PMoA hosts a wide repertoire of special exhibits each month, focusing on both current artists and the work of legendary figures.

TITUSVILLE. In honor of the men and women who have contributed so much to space knowledge, this captivating museum provides great insight into the responsibilities of the astronaut. Among the Hall of Fame inductees are the 7 Mercury, 13 Gemini and 22 Apollo and Skylab astronauts. Additional attractions found here include the original space capsules of the Mercury, Gemini and Apollo as well as a variety of space simulators. From landing a space shuttle to navigating across the surface of Mars, these simulators allow children and adults alike to experience a hint of what the astronaut's job encapsulates.
